I decided to draw a new Charles Pagan picture and I was able to belt it out and get him done today! Without Charles Pagan none of the Earth-Mang would exist, because there would have been no means for them to come into existence if he was not sent here by the Tanis Dragon Dynasty of Tanis Island! The advancements in human science and technology as well as human-modification so that human beings are now capable of superhuman feats!?

All come from him and the fact that he came to earth and brought technologies that would have never been created or known of by humankind. 

He's also brought massive changes and challenges that have shaped and altered the course of human history on a global scale! His lack of regard for such things has bordered on supreme arrogance to intentional disruptions centered around the fact that he was initially continuously disrespected by Whites because of the fact that he looks, Black!

An issue that would ultimately cause him to begin actively funding and secretly leading various Black groups of people and nations in covert and overt wars against the Europowers of the time! Further making him a target and a VERY UNWANTED OBSTACLE to their various empires and expansions!

The disappearance of Dr. Pagan has had devastating consequences even on those who wanted and needed him gone, because now!? His PAGAN-Mangs are completely unpredictable and striking deals and exchanging technology and innovations with anyone on the planet who can meet their price, or...!?
