While the Duchess-Generals may all LOOK DIFFERENT they all have THE SAME BASIC HIGH-LEVEL ABILITIES EXCEPT THEY HAVE UNIQUE-ABILITIES BASED SOLELY ON WHO THEY ARE UNDERNEATH AND/OR THE TASKS THEY ARE GIVEN BY THEIR MOON-MAHTSABA! 
   Duchess-Generals are the MOST POWERFUL of the Zombies and any Zombie-types who can evolve to THIS RANK is literally on the cusp of becoming a member of one of the harem-houses of Their Respective 13-Member!
   So while Duchess-Generals are a GENERIC field general rank They are THE HIGHEST OF THEIR CLASS and They are actually QUITE SKILLED AND VALUED, since, unlike PAGCO-Mangs. 
   A Tuwari-Mang has TO EARN HER WAY TO THIS LEVEL THROUGH MERITS!
   Which in turn TRIGGER HER EVOLUTIONARY-ABILITY.
   This is one of the many reasons why The-13 is still feared even though They have been DORMANT for well-over 100-years with FLARE-UP'S OF ACTIVITY THAT TEND TO HOLD NATIONAL-LEVEL CHANGES AND THREATS TO THE STATUS QUO!

   As Their Subordinate-bitches.
