   Thomas Jefferson immediately understood what the Dragon-Dynasty was telling Them as well.

The Belief in White Superiority became the cornerstone of why enslavement and inhumanity was acceptable in the treatment of Blacks, where even religious support for such actions was also widely accepted and encouraged, and so.
   To validate all of these things.
   Everything from the Destruction to Omission of any achievements and/or works of the Inferior Blacks, was critical. Thus when The-13 and even Charles Pagan Himself who only looks like a Black-human. Began openly resisting and restoring Black Advancements and Achievements in Science-&-Technology. Both sides for totally different reasons, began earmarking Their Own Accomplishments with Terms that made it clear that identified whether or not Whites or Blacks were responsible for such advancements and achievements.
   The Irony was and still is.
   That such moves can prompt infighting between both groups, however?
   While Blacks may well argue with one another over whether or not to mark Their Achievements by Race.
   Whites will openly murder other Whites who disagree with Race-Based Achievement-Marker Terms.
   White-Abolitionists often found this out the hard way, as duels were more common during this time and a genuine fear among White-Colonist and Early White-Americans. Saw that if Black-slaves gained Their Freedom, They'd demand blood restitution for the deaths inflicted on Them as slaves.
   It was within all of this confusion that CNA-Mangs were bioengineered into, which was purposefully done by the Dragon-Dynasty and while it was accepted during the Colonial-War. As time moved forward the Fear that the CNA's were nothing more than preprogrammed BOMBS!
   Waiting for the time when the Dragon-Dynasty flipped a switch and Code-66'd the shit out of the White-Americans They SEEMED to be so in step with!
    Or Worse...?
    The Colonial-Congress, always suspected that the Dragon-Dynasty was simply toying with Them all. And Charles Pagan was actually doing His Job as Their Spy and setting everything up so that He APPEARED TO BE, maligned and out of favor with Them. All the while He was making inroads all across the White-world and beyond. Priming and preparing everything for the Day when He would be given the Order to take Earth and bring Her under Dragon-Dynasty rule.
   At which point He'd bring the CNA-Mangs out of Sleeper-Mode. And alongside His PAGCO-Mangs and especially the various malcontented Black-nations who'd been defeated by the White-World Powers.
   In an instant?!
   Whites around the World would find Themselves at the Mercy of a joint-alliance of Blacks who've willingly sold out the World for the chance to get even with Whites! While Pagan is made Global Chancellor in the name of the Dragon-Dynasty! While His PAGCO and CNA-Mangs! Along with the rest of the Earth-Mang Ilk of the Time! Goosestep across the Globe, slaughtering the various civilized and free White-nations wantonly and totally without remorse!!!!!
   This Nightmare Scenario.
   Which had been heavily promoted especially by 1st President George Washington, despite all that Bethany and Samantha-Bethany had done for Him. Would be the Root of why CNA-Mangs today are a very heavily oppressed. And all but forgotten, critical part of Imperial American History. Where Their Numbers are low and Their Abilities are not enough to win any prolonged wars for Their Independence or Rights of Recognition.
   Because as George Washington boldly stated in His Last Letter to the Colonial-Congress before leaving office as the United States of America's 1st-President;

​The Centennial-Mangs of America are the 3rd-Race of Earth-Mangs and share a unique historical-relationship with Their Motherrace of PAGCO-Mangs. Because like the Zero-Gen PAGCO-Mangs, the Zero-Gen CNA-Mangs, were created ON Tanis Island. BY the Dragon-Dynasty Themselves.
   This Fact initially was ignored by Priest-13 and His Tuwari-Mangs, as well as the rest of The-13 and the Zero-Gen Council of PAGCO-Mangs during the Colonial-Rebellion of America.
   Dr. Charles Pagan had however, never overlooked this Fact.
   This Fact would be the cornerstone in how He would once again be able to manipulate a situation and spin it from a negative, into a positive.
   Albeit.
   Only for Himself, as usual....
   It would also have the long-term affect of having The-13 become an organization within His PAGCO-Organization. But never really become the Pillars of PAGCO like They could have been. Had He not once again shown that everything and anything associated with Him comes with some sort of string attached or unspoken catch. That ultimately leaves the person or people with a bad case of buyer's remorse.
   Speaking of which...?!  
   What was the creation of the CNA the cornerstone in or of, whatever it was that Dr. Pagan once again showed His Skill as a Spinster for...?
   The Creation of the CNA, would allow for Him to have a means to lead to the Creation of the 4th-Race of Earth-Mangs.
   The British BRIA-Mangs of Earth.
   The BRIA-Mangs would be created, ironically, BY PAGCO-America. As contract-work between Dr. Pagan and King George the 3rd. During the Colonial-Rebellion of America. And King George the 3rd would be forced to turn to Dr. Charles Pagan and His PAGCO-Mangs. Because of the Fact that the Centennial-Mangs of America had completely put the British-Empire into complete obsolete irrelevance!
   However the Fact that Pagan and PAGCO were the ones who actually created the BRIA-Mangs for the British-Empire. This would be a huge fire starter fissure that was never able to be closed between The-13 and Their Tuwari-Mangs, in regards to Dr. Pagan and His PAGCO-Mangs.

​   The BRIA-Mangs only came into existence due to the Fact that when the 13-Colonies of Britain, revolted!?
   The-13 and Their Tuwari-Mangs entered the Colonial-Rebellion fighting for the Rights of the Black-Colonials who were almost entirely slaves. The British-Empire put forward a decree that Black-Colonial Slaves would be made Freemen if They Fought for the British-Empire!
   PAGCO-America, under Dr. Pagan's orders.
   Also fought against the Colonial-Rebellion, but moreso because The-13 had already committed to such action. These events led to the Creation of the CNA's BY THE DRAGON-DYNASTY!
   And they were created by the Dragon-Dynasty in response to the Fact that Their Agent, Dr. Charles Pagan. Had begun tampering in Earth-human affairs when He Decided to intentionally use human-modification on 13 Black-human slaves, an unauthorized and non-sanctioned action. Turning Them into His Initial Agents and Operatives, yet another, non-sanctioned and unauthorized action. Where The-13 began attacking White-human slave-holders and plantations, killing the White-humans and freeing the Black-humans, thus destabilizing various regions of the 13-British Colonies! Which was also something Dr. Pagan was never given the authority to do!
   These things highly displeased His Superiors within the Dragon-Dynasty. And were signs of sedition as far as They were concerned. Because They all could see that if The-13 continued Their War Against the White-Enslavers and the Black-humans won!?
   Which They most definitely were going to since The-13 had superhuman-abilities and the Dragon-Dynasty had just delivered the PAGCO-Mangs to Dr. Pagan and then found out about all of the shit He'd already been up to afterwards!
   The Dragon-Dynasty knew that Their Operative would gain defacto control over a segment of even a backwards human-run and ruled earth!
   Where all He had to do was do more human-modification on the Black-humans and then add Dragon-Dynasty technology to Them, turning Them and earth into AN ACTUAL THREAT AGAINST THE DRAGON-DYNASTY!
   So...?!
   To OFF-SET this.
   The Dragon-Dynasty swiftly set the rules and regulations that would ultimately hamstring the shit out of both Their Operative.
   But also The-13 Black-humans He'd illegally modified.
   Mind You!?
   The-13 has known for centuries that the Dragon-Dynasty could have done a wide-range of things when They Found Out about what Charles had done. But instead They Decided to establish a forced set of rules-n-regs that would hamper Pagan and His Original Servants. However They took it a step further once the Colonial-Rebellion broke out. The Dragon-Dynasty, took it all a step further. Once the Colonial-Rebellion broke out. Where They needed everybody to understand. That They were in control. And what could and would happen when and IF, They decided to intervene in Earth-Affairs....

   The Rebellion to get underway and develop.
   Saw which side Their Operative and His Servants sided With and Against.
   And They Then PROMPTLY intervened and gave the CNA-Mangs to the Colonial-Rebels!
   Which immediately shifted the Colonial-Rebellion AGAINST the British!
   Because with the entry of Earth-Mangs on the side of The Colonial-Rebels?
   The-13, which had only sided with the British due to the Opportunity to End Slavery in the Colonies, now...?
   With an entirely new force added to the Colonials, where CNA's were bred and built centered around White-Colonial customs-n-culture and views. The CNA's, again, bioengineered by the Dragon-Dynasty. Had been purposefully made with the intent of having Them. MATCH THE MINDSET OF THE HUMANS THEY WERE CREATED TO SERVE AND ESSENTIALLY SAVE....
   The Introduction of the CNA-Mangs, according to the rules-n-regs handed down BY the Dragon-Dynasty specifically to The-13.
   White-Colonials now had an EQUAL MEANS to defend Themselves from The-13. And/or? ENGAGE The-13.
   In Combat and Warfare.
   Thus The-13 no longer had to be forced to remain IN ALLIANCE with Other Human-Factions of the Time. Even when such things made zero sense. And They found out the hard way that the real purpose behind the Dragon-Dynasty doing this to Them.
   Was to undermine Their Ability to maintain support with Black-Colonials.
   Where explaining to Them, explaining to those They were trying to Free from Slavery. That, for all of Their Power.
   Someone.
   From somewhere else that They'd never heard of.
   Had forced Them, is Forcing Them.
   To comply with rules-n-regulations.
   That make absolutely no fuckin sense FOR YOUR SITUATION AS AN ENSLAVED BLACK-COLONIAL!
   Priest-13 quickly learned that what the Dragon-Dynasty had done was make THEM. Appear to be SLAVES OF AND TO, the Dragon-Dynasty. Where The-13, had to abide by Their Decisions or else face the Consequences....
   So this effectively ended any real ability for The-13 to simply overrun everything and everyone, even with Their Tuwari-Mangs.
   The Dragon-Dynasty.
   Made sure to bioengineer the CNA's so that They would have all of the tools necessary to be able to fight both the Tuwari-Mangs of The-13. And the PAGCO-Mangs of PAGCO. And it was within this Fact. That the Colonial-Rebels of America began to turn the tide of the Colonial-Rebellion, which quickly became the Colonial-War.
   Dr. Pagan, unphased by direct Dragon-Dynasty intervention.
   Immediately went to the British and ultimately brokered a deal with King George the 3rd. Because, at that time, the British Empire was THE PREDOMINATE!
   Europower.
   Of the World!
   So as the World began to tremble under the newly introduced bioengineered-bitches brought to Her by the Dragon-Dynasty.
   As the sight of wingless-flight women.
   Became something that men armed with measly muskets and ineffective cannons!
   Had to give way to straining Their Brains as They Linked with these biotech-bitches and experienced 4D-communications. And holo-projections. And the sensations of psionics, the clarity of being able to hear Her Thoughts and Feelings and Her, being able to Hear Their Thoughts and Feelings.
   The Fact that the Dragon-Dynasty had intervened.
   Because The-13 had already created Dragon-Mangs in the relatively short amount of time that They'd gotten Their Gift, of 1st-Generation PAGCO-Mangs. Which They then took into Their Ranks and Reared and Raised Up into the Tuwari-Mangs of the Day.
   The Zero-CNA's immediately informed Their Colonial-Masters that the biggest threat They Faced was not from the British. And not even from PAGCO and Her Master, Charles Pagan.
   But The-13 and Their Tuwari-Mangs.
   Both PAGCO and Her Master, were Offworlders.
   PAGCO was meant to be an albatross around Charles Pagan's neck.
   And over time, He'd seek to return to His World, ultimately.
   Where the PAGCO-Mangs would be of little to no use to Him, due to Their Intentionally bioengineered Backdoor of Downfall. They'd been DESIGNED AND CREATED TO FAIL HIM.
   Fuck things up for Him.
   So once any opportunity came up, certainly He may take a few of His Favorite Fuck-Up's, but!?
   The Lot of Them would be left behind.
   The CNA known as Zero, the First One.
   She made it clear that after downloading the current information of the time when she emerged from Her Biobirthing-Pod within Albany-Castle.
   She made it clear that PAGCO would ultimately become a Den of Lost Bitches, when Their Master would eventually seek to return to His Own World, His Own Dimension, and His Own People...!
   At that point, the Colonials, Americans.
   Must be ready to seize the wayward bitch by Her Throat and make Her Theirs!
   In the Interim.
   In the Coming Times...?
   It is The-13 who must be guarded against and ultimately eliminated.
   Because They are Of Earth.
   And They are of The Old World, a World, that used to be dominated by Their Kind.
   The Blacks.
   A World, which must never come again, if Our New World is not to Perish and Be Replaced.

   Ultimately proved correct when she stated that "The Fact that these Blacks quickly knew to remove Their Brand-new Bitches from the environs of PAGCO. To take Them away and shutter Them away from PAGCO and Her PAGCO-Mangs and its questionable Master. Means that They understood that environment matters. And taking a child, regardless of whether fully-grown or not. Removing a child and placing it in an environment where The Parents can then foster and nurture what They Believe and Desire, from Their Child. Means that The-13 understand how to properly pass on Their Views and Thoughts, Their Traditions. Which means They Understand Legacy, which makes Them, dangerous. Because They desire to RESTORE, Their Old World, anew. Which means They will never submit to Us. Thus They must be destroyed...."

   Was immediately assigned to the Colonial-Rebel Army's Supreme Commander....
   General George Washington.
   And Her Name.
   Became.
   Bethany.
   Washington.
   And She would become, and still is.
   The Greatest CNA-Mang, to ever live....

So I'm up and typing out more elements and aspects of the upcoming Priest-13 stories that will be available for sale in My Store. The biggest thing is the Fact that The-13 have always been a HIDDEN ELEMENT to the PAGCO-storyline aspect of what I have created.
   But they fit perfectly into everything else that I have already typed regarding EVERYTHING ANYTHING AND ANYBODY ELSE!
   In the Williams Works Omniverse.
   Since Priest-13 is actually a DIRECT SURVIVOR OF THE TRANS-ATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE and had ACTUALLY LIVED HIS LIFE IN WEST AFRICA ORIGINALLY...!?
    One of the things I have been working on diligently is the Fact THAT HE AND THE REST OF THE-13 HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL LANGUAGES PRIOR TO THEIR CAPTURE AND ENSLAVEMENT AND TRANSPORT to North America.
   So one of the biggest things I have been working on IS PRIEST-13'S LANGUAGE. And the Fact that He and the rest of His-Brothers come from a time when African civilization was still intact PRIOR to White-European Invasion and Conquest. 
   The Fact that one of the BIGGEST REQUIREMENTS that White-enslavers had was THE DESTRUCTION OF ENSLAVED AFRICANS ABILITY TO CONTINUE TO SPEAK THEIR OWN LANGUAGE AND MAINTAIN THEIR OWN CUSTOMS-N-CULTURE, is CRITICAL in regards to THIS CHARACTER AND STORYLINE IN GENERAL!
    It is a compare-contrast between Priest-13 who is ESSENTIALLY a Zero-Generation Slave, VERSUS!?

Dr. Etherton the Founder of MAD, who was a LATTER GENERATION SLAVE OF THE UNITED STATES, which means and MEANT!
   He SPOKE ENGLISH, NORMALLY AND NATURALLY.
   Was BORN.
   INTO SLAVERY!
   And HAS NO DIRECT EXPERIENCE OF WHAT LIFE WAS LIKE REGARDING WHATEVER PART OF AFRICA HE WAS TAKEN FROM.

Whereas ALL OF THE 13.
Know EXACTLY WHERE THEY CAME FROM AND ARE WALKING-LIVING-TALKING HISTORY BOOKS OF WHAT ONCE WAS, Their Homelands within Africa.
   This also makes THEM.
   Farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr more dangerous than Dr. Etherton because THEY HAVE LIVED CENTURY AFTER CENTURY WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY'VE LOST! 
     As well as WHO.
    They've Lost.
     So just this much alone makes Priest-13 and His-Brothers a bit more complex and challenging. Because They have honest to God experience of having lived for however They lived in Their Respective Homelands of Africa. 
      Before ultimately being enslaved and forced along the Middle Passage only to wind up in North America as chattel slaves.....

The Tuwari-Mang are yet another Earth-Mang race brought forth from the bioengineered loins of the PAGCO-Mang forced upon Dr. Charles Pagan by the Tanis Dragon Dynasty!
   The Tuwari-Mang.
   Originally were the DIRECT 1st-Generation offspring of the Zero-Gen PAGCO-Mangs given to Dr. Pagan by His Superiors back within the Dragon Dynasty.

They were given to Dr. Pagan's 13 original servants whom He'd used His Human-Modification Program on. Turning 13 Black-Slaves of the newly settled colonies into the VERY FIRST Altered-Humans of Earth!
   A move that IMMEDIATELY CAUSED HIS SUPERIORS to cook up the DEFECTIVE PAGCO-Mangs that they FORCED HIM TO ACCEPT.
   Pagan in turn took the VERY FIRST BATCHES of PAGCO-Mangs that He created from His Zero-Mangs and gave THEM to His-13. The-13 were then in turn TOLD TO RAISE AND REAR THEM AS THEY SAW FIT! Which laid the groundwork for the foundation of the Tuwari-Mang!

The-13, began painstaking tests and research using all of the tools that Their Master had at His Disposal. As well as learning and experimenting as they went along. In the End, the Tuwari-Mang were and still are reared on AS LITTLE BIOENGINEERING AS POSSIBLE. Meaning that for each superior-class of Tuwari-Mang it means that SHE EVOLVED FROM THE PREVIOUS CLASS!!!!! 

So UNLIKE Their PAGCO-Mang Mothers.
They are ONLY MASS-PRODUCED AT THEIR BASE-LOWEST-LEVELS!!!!
Then they are trained and pushed TO EVOLVE TO THEIR NEXT CLASS THROUGH ACTUAL AND HONEST EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Unlike ALL OF THE OTHER Earth-Mangs including Counterstrike-ARCs and MAD-bitches, and of course, especially.
   Their mass-produced PAGCO-Mang Mothers.
