PAGCO-Nigeria Logo....

Even during Dr. Charles Pagan's heyday, PAGCO-Nigeria had its own version of the PAGCO-insignia. PAGCO, up until 1930, was primarily based out of the United States. But after Dr. Pagan flat out commissioned Dr. Etherton to build him an army of Blacks and he'd give them the power that they lacked.
   Etherton was able to convince Pagan that setting up shop in Nigeria was the best way for him to get what he'd asked of him and from him. He made it clear that Black Americans were always going to have to contend with White Americans and no matter how many Negroes attempted to say otherwise. Blacks were nothing more than a reminder to Whites of the direct free slave labor that they had to give up on when the South demanded more power in the central government, due to their control over the economy through their Black slave-labor and sprawling plantations. Even though the Whites in the North created the industrial machines that helped them pull off their economic dominance.
   Pagan, while he was an intelligence-agent of the Tanis Dragon Dynasty, still found certain things about human-history tedious and annoying. Especially since humans do not possess any of the abilities of their Martian parents and they of course have none of the capacities of Pagan and his Dragon Dynasty brethren.
   Human-design by Martians, made them dependent upon things like projectile weaponry and melee weapons. They held no ability nor desire from what Pagan could tell, to even attempt to try to find a means to tap into the recesses of their minds or even their primative forms of access to the arcane-spectrum, so...?
   To him he just found it funny in a waste-of-time way for any of them to think they were truly above one another while they were planet-locked and gravity-bound. No flight abilities on a personal level. No spacefaring abilities. And no actual understanding of the fact that what humans believe is Their Universe.
   Is nothing more than Their Dimension within the Omniverse.
   Etherton however was more concerned about getting Pagan to understand that in the end Black Americans were only brought to the United States to be slaves.
   Nothing more.
   And nothing less.
   So that meant that any large-scale movements of autonomy would always be challenged simply by the foundation that was set when Blacks were brought to the US, but!?
   Carrying out his request in a Black African country would only pit them against Whites who primarily worked through Blacks to keep command-n-control over the masses of Blacks there within a majority Black nation.
   Totally different animal!
   And so, Etherton was able to get Pagan to see that a country like Nigeria was perfect to carry this out in. Pagan originally wanted to start in Apartheid South Africa, but Etherton rejected the idea because the country was supported by multitudes of White Europowers, while Nigeria was a British colony. The Congo was another choice but in the end it came down to the fact that like Apartheid South Africa, the Congo had multinational support from the White Europowers due to its mineral resources. Just like Apartheid South Africa and its massive diamond mines were also critical to all of the White Europowers of the time as well.
   Needless to say the arrival of PAGCO to Nigeria wasn't exactly greeted with open arms and high-fives by the British! But the prospect of autonomy and then the few displays by PAGCO that its PAGAN-Mangs were more than a match for British-troops. Nigerian-troops. And troops of troops!
   Put an end to things relatively quickly.
   And the Nigerians who had always wanted freedom from British rule were quick to rally around PAGCO, never mind that MADtronix's African Operations Offices and Headquarters opened in Lagos-Nigeria alongside PAGCO-Lagos! Which became the foundation for PAGCO-Nigeria and in the end led to Charles Pagan deciding as he saw more and more the wisdom in Etherton's decision to come to Nigeria instead of anyplace else.
   Etherton highlighted the fact to him that while the White Europowers may have looked down on Black People, they didn't exactly look up to another one of their own gaining more power than they had. And Nigeria was one among many foreign colonies that the British Empire had seized control over from the native people there. Looking specifically for oil. As the age of Modern Machinary and Warfare was in full-swing!
   Oil!?
   Had become critical.
   And having a rival White Europower like the British Empire lose one of its key oil producing colonies, held all kinds of cards that the other White Europowers could use to empathize-negotiate with the Brits. While at the same time mock and humiliate them too!
   The new logo embodied Etherton's idea of how PAGCO could move forward in being a unifying force throughout Africa. The irony was and still is that the multi-green shaded PAGCO-Nigeria logo and its representation of the former Black-African colonies working together would end up being embodied by the work of Etherton with His MADtronix. Even though he'd designed a logo meant for the completely Charles Pagan oriented and Non-Human, PAGCO....
