Lexi-Leviathan's inactivity spanned for well over a millennia due to the Fact that Lord-Priest no longer had time, money or womanpower to spare towards figuring out not only how to undo the tele-empathic damage that had built up from the deaths of her pilot-knights!
   Never mind that events throughout the empire were spinning out of control as Empress Lust I's ability to actually sustain her empire was beginning to unravel!
   So the last thing that was on his mind was trying to continue the costly pet-project that had brought him and his wife some prestige and access directly to Empress Lust-I. When it was becoming more and more obvious that 2-millennia of her decision-making was finally starting to fall apart!
   Never mind that Lord-&-Lady Priest had finally made inroads with her and now she was starting to sink fast!
   Lady Priest went back over the numbers, because Lexi-Leviathan and her feasibility for national-production did come up!?!?!?
    But that was because Empress Lust-I was desperate to get a new-type out onto the field of battle to help her stem the ever advancing tide of both regional-powers that had banded together against her! But also foreign-forces that had traversed barren-plains with the sole-intention of waging war!
   The speed of Lexi-Leviathan and the Fact that she was still a functional-prototype that Imperial-bioengineers might be able to figure out how to modify and make work right!?
    It was her speed and firepower and ability to take a cunt-n-ass kicking that the Empress wanted! Since the foreign-forces from the barren-plains had clearly known that her empire was on the other side of this vast flatland while she didn't know shit about whoever these far flung fools were!
    The Priests knew that with so many enemies seriously threatening, then it would be a waste of resources needed to defend the empire and the last thing the Priest-Family wanted or needed was to ultimately be blamed for having the Empress spend shit on an empty project, so!?
    They ended up having to foot the bill, with the full-intent of fudging the end results, because both of them knew that they couldn't figure out nor fix Lexi-Leviathan to make her feasible for national mass-production! So it would be easier to foot the bill. Bullshit about R&D-testing and make up some phony-ass holo-com vids and then ultimately wrap everything up and pretend to suffer big time losses in resources and money!
   In hopes to garner more favoritism from the Empress and stave off genuinely bankrupting Priest-Family!
   This would pay off after nearly a decade of fakery and fuckery on the part of the Priests! But it would land them in a favorable position all the way around, which would lay the foundation for which Prince-Priest would be born into 700-years later.
   It would be Prince-Priest who would finally sit down and figure out how to modify Lexi-Leviathan! While his parents were fighting in a literal civil war for control over the entire central-region of the Azmodian Empire!
