Walking Dead, Book-One PDF

I've changed the free download of Walking Dead to PDF and deleted the HTML-version. I've been attempting to find a program that would allow for me to create eStories and eBooks in mobi file format, but aside from the one program I found online. None exist in actual stores and no one seems to be concerned in the slightest that this file-format is NOT OPEN FOR PUBLIC USAGE. And CANNOT BE BOUGHT AS A PROGRAM FROM A STORE. Sometimes the sheepish nature of people really agitates me, but!?
   For now.
   I've changed things around for the free sample to PDF, so!?
