Transferring the Tanis-Mang to earth was now the #1-priority for the Dragon Dynasty. But finding a means to strip-away her most prized genetic-traits and abilities, so that a clearly untrustworthy Dragon Dynasty-spy wouldn't continue to try to meddle in affairs that are beyond his station back within the Dragon Dynasty. Was actually #0-priority for his superiors back home. And making sure not to send him a fully-functional Tanis-Mang group of soldiery, which he himself could grow to ridiculous proportions simply by breeding with them himself. And by breeding them within themselves as well, which was and still is, an absolute no-noh!
Sending him a bland version of Tanis-Mang.
Powered down enough so that they're useless against any actual omnidimensional-powers.
But not so weak that the pathetic half-bred Martians, or whatever the fuck those things of earth are called.
They cannot be weak enough so that the humans can use them to grow their own strength without growing their own weakness and defeat! By believing that they were unlocking the secrets of how to honestly compete on a multi-dimensional level. Something that the entire Dragon Dynasty intelligence and scientific community saw would be disastrous as they reviewed "mankind's" historical track-record.
A bioengineered-bland version of the Tanis-Mang, with safeguards on a multitude of levels to keep them easy to pacify derail and destroy!
Should the humans or Charles Pagan.
Decide to try to grow beyond their acceptable limits of power and influence on an omnidimensional scale.
Now that a decision had been made to supply troops to the man we know as Dr. Charles Pagan. And a decision had been made on what type of troops, as well as what lines and limits to force upon him, through them. Through the troops being forced on him. Making it a perfect punishment at the same time as being able to ultimately, eventually. Ensnare and entangle humanity itself if they decide to get too close and too invested in the dual-edged swords that the Dragon Dynasty had decided to send to its mercurial man on their spot!
It was akin to knowing that a cop is on the take.
But he's in an area where, quite frankly.
You just don't give a shit about what happens to the fools and folks there, so!?
You need to make sure nobody claims you're not providing protection, but?!
You can't just give any ole thing to the crooked cop that you've got stationed there.
And yes, could remove him.
That area has always had remnants of those who could be trouble for you if they're just left to either lawlessness. Or if they find a way to get their hands or learn about, the things that made their predecessors a problem before.
So a crooked cop patrolling a down-n-out region. That used to be a legit threat however long ago but has now devolved into nothingness, no. Too many unknowns. Too many potential problems. And most importantly the crooked cop, has a vested interest in keeping the current status quo among those he's charged to oversee, intact. And at each others throats!
On the bottom.
So it's a match made in heaven.
The main goal was to make sure that said bioengineered-bitches had.
Enough holes in them. So that the bastard they were now serving wouldn't grow too big for his britches and have the audacity to start plotting to overthrow or attack the Tanis Dragon Dynasty. Never mind making sure that should any humans get their hands on anything then they too will find out that all that glitters isn't gold. With a far worse shock in store for them for touching and tampering with things that aren't theirs and situations that don't concern them.
Creating a spayed-n-neutered version of the Tanis-Mang was most definitely important. But they also had to still have more than enough ability to deal with the Martian-humans who were quite frankly a pathetic joke in terms of being an actual security threat to the Dragon Dynasty, however.
Thanks to the actions of Charles Pagan before he ever got off his ass and reported in complete detail all of the things he'd found on earth. The Dragon Dynasty understood that they could not take this situation lightly, regardless of how little sense certain elements and aspects of the situation just didn't make any sense at all. With the most important part being that there are now Martian-based, poorly done, laughably weak-n-small versions, of the Martians themselves. That they'd intentionally left behind on earth, for Goddess knows why.
And it was and is this fact. That stressed them. So they knew they had to be precise with how they intended to jury-rig the bioengineered-bitches they intended to send to earth. They also had to do their own background checks to make sure that over the course of Pagan's assignment to earth, he hadn't actually altered and expanded beyond his bio-profile back home. The last thing they needed was to overlook learning that he'd become much more skilled in the medical-science fields. And while they were slapping each other on the back and polishing their fangs.
He'd actually been spending his time expanding his knowledge and was now more than capable of dealing with their bioengineered limitations and locks that they'd thrown on the Tanis-Mang they were sending to him. Let alone the equipment too.
Adding to the problem was also the fact that earth is such a wide-open and weak place. That it is bound to bring other omnidimensional-traveling visitors to it, if they haven't already been there and are still there, for all intents and purposes. And once again they were also forced to dispatch more spies and stealth orbs-n-spheres to gather information and make sure that no otherdimensional-races &/or forces! Were working in league with their untrustworthy agent.
Once this was CONFIRMED.
Then they could proceed to send the Zero-types to Pagan and the equipment necessary to begin using the Zero-types to create the rest of his Mang. And it was at this point that they left it up to Pagan to give a designation to these clearly Non Tanis-Mang, Mang. And so!?
The original set of Pagan-Mangs are Zeros. Meaning they are thee very first Pagan-Mangs that ever set foot on this planet. Unlike 1st-Generation Pagan-Mangs who were bioengineered here on earth. The Zeros come from Tanis Island and as such they actually have lived and experienced what life is like on their actual homeworld, in comparison to ours.
The Zeros also are the Progenitors of Their Respective Sets.
Thus the very first Pagan-Mang Empress is the Progenitor of ALL Pagan-Mang Empresses.
The Zero High-Priestesses of PAGAN-CORP are the progenitors of ALL Pagan-Mang High-Priestesses. There is however one set that has NO ZERO. And that is the Pagan-Mang Pawn. The entire structure of PAGAN-CORP, is set up like a twisted game of heretical-chess. With some pieces that do not exist within the game of chess being close to pieces like a bishop. Even though their is a Pagan-Mang Bishop-set, which ranks BELOW, the High-Priestess set.
At the very top of the Pagan-Mang Hierarchy is the Pagan-Mang Empress-set. The Pagan-Empress rules and runs whatever facility she was created at or is sent to, unless there is already another Pagan-Empress there. Pagan-Empresses are the most powerful of the Pagan-Mang but like all Pagan-Mangs they are bioengineered replications of the Zero Pagan-Empress. So at their core, in some way. Shape. Or form. Is some piece of the Zero Pagan-Empress and some part of her persona. Making them predictable when pit against experienced enemies who have dealt with Their Set before.
And while all Pagan-Mangs are clones based off of The Zeros, the x-factors that have always made PAGAN-CORP dangerous even in its headless state. Is the fact that all of the various facilities and installations scattered around the world give each Pagan-Mang Set the chance to experience life on their own. Thus a 10-year old Pagan-Mang High-Priestess, will have 10-years of her own life experiences. While a fresh out the pod Pagan-Mang High-Priestess will only have the core-traits of the Zero she was biobirthed from, making her far easier to defeat and destroy.
Even the Pagan-Pawns have the most basic of abilities to cut through waves of normal human soldiery regardless of how well-trained. Because of their hyperdenseskin. Superhuman physical abilities which includes being able to press lift an M1-Abrams and then use it to destroy other M1-Abrams. The M1-Abrams clocks in at 63 tons and of course winging one around and using it as a weapon against others while said people inside and the tank itself are more than likely, not, cooperating.
Highlights the fact that in their world. On Tanis Island, within the Dragon Dynasty. And throughout most of Underworld-Realm itself, these things are considered, weak.
Thus the reason why Counterstrike was formed. And all efforts are being exhausted and have been exhausted. In Counterstrike's continuing mission to find a way to prevent any further incursions from Underworld and any of its realms. Some of whom are believed to have ventured over and fallen into human history as legends, myths, and fables for various countries and peoples scattered throughout the world.
The Pagan-Pawn, has the ability to use arcane-energy. Mystical for offense and magical for defense, which stems across the known energy spectrum's of man and into the unknown regions that are still being carefully researched and experimented with, such as entropic-energy. Entropy, a spectrum of energy that would fall under human quantum physics at best. Or pure-d bullshit at worse.
But entropic-energy, entropic-particles, control and disrupt probabilities, for starters. Pagan-Pawns can use such things on a basic level to strike a target, and, backed by the Pagan-Pawns will of intent. She can cause a basic problem as tripping over one's own feet or fumbling their weapon. On the surface this seems harmless until you remember that ONE PAWN has the ability TO TOSS A TANK! And while your gun is an annoyance to her, your fist is useless against her. So fumbling your weapon?
Leads to your death.
Tripping over your feet, pending on terrain, can lead to a painfully embarrassing journey to heaven or hell, pending on whatever you were doing with your life before it was abruptly ended by a Pawn causing you to trip while she upper-cut the crap out of you just because she thought it was funny to kill you that way.
All-in-all, the Pagan-Mangs may appear to be easily defeated and destroyed and weak, at times. But they are far from it and only appear so when faced with well-trained and experienced enemy forces. The weakest of all Earth-Mang are actually the Mang-Androids of MADtronix. But with the loss of Dr. Charles Pagan and no central male to control the entirety of PAGAN-CORP. Then each individual high-ranking Pagan-Mang now has their own autonomy to do as they please. Which has led to more than enough problems of their own on all sides of that equation....
