Setting the Table for the Tanis-Mang Invasion...?

"Where could we be without the Mang-Tree of Opportunity." these are the famous words of Dr. Paul Etherton the Founder of MADtronix and The Progenitor of MAD-bitches and bastards everywhere. And while Dr. Etherton's words seem to be common sense now, it goes without saying that much of the world's modern-day technology has been directly spun from off of the beautiful backsides of one of the most known-unknown races of Underworld-Realm, at least...!?
   Among humankind.
   Among mankind.
   The fact that actual Mang, "Authentic-Mang", as Nazi-researcher Dr. Karl Lowenberg called them when he said "Authentic-Mang have never set foot on this earth. Yet their artificially engineered offspring have already shown us that the slightest misstep. The slightest, error. In controlled. Production. Of Earth-Mang, regardless of which nation we are talking about. The fact that we have seen that even these tamed. Subdued. Versions. Of Their Mother-Race. Is capable of tearing through the most elite of un-altered. Human-soldiers! Is a testament to the fact that we must ensure Our Future as a species, by keeping a constant. Vigilant-guard! Against Our Own newly created Weapons of Mass Destruction. And any attempt by their unsuspecting Mother-Race and especially! By anymore of Charles Pagan's monstrous race of Schwarz-Dragonoids! To violate the sovereignty and sanctity of Our Mother-earth with their unforgiving powers and unfathomable physical gifts. We must be united in the cause of keeping earth from further Underworld-Realm contamination. At all costs!" 
   And it was with these words, from a 4th-Reich Nazi of all people, that the dimensional-barrier was erected using nuclear-power, nuclear energy. To disrupt dimensional-travel from Underworld-Realm to earth. But unfortunately not from earth to Underworld-Realm.
   Aside from the fact that the dimensional-barrier would have cooked humanity alive if not for the stolen technology from PAGAN-CORP. But also the fact that it is maintained by alien technology that indicates that humanity originally began on Mars. And that present-day humanity are actually the creations of those Martians who have since left earth for deep-space and had, during their age. Warred mightily against the very dynasty that sent Charles Pagan to earth to see what had become of its old Martian foe.
   The human governments of the world were not pleased to learn that they were and still are not even close to their supposed Martian-progenitors, on any level. Who possessed and theoretically are still out in the universe somewhere, possessing the same types of unnatural and otherworldly powers as their Underworld enemies of old. And yes, modern advancements have made it possible to now bioengineer and alter human-beings into altered-humans who can now stand toe-to-toe with the various Earth-Mang that now inhabit the earth.
   But as each nation-member of Counterstrike has had the chance to review the information both obtained from Martian relics and their ancient sites unearthed around the globe. Along with the pilfered data that is always looked for and obtained from any and all victories over both PAGAN-CORP and MADtronix!
   One thing has always stood out in each and every instance. And in each and every amount of information. What has stood out the most though is the fact that during what has been dubbed as the Martian-Tanis War. The fact that wherever the Tanis Dragon Dynasty went to battle at across the then Martian-earth against the Martians. At the forefront and among the main army were always the Tanis-Mang.
   The Tanis-Dragons always brought with them their Tanis-Mang. And unlike the Earth-Mang of today one thing was abundantly clear to every Counterstrike-official and their respective national government that read over the information on the Martian-Tanis War with which they were involved.
    The Tanis-Mang were and presumably still are, faster.
    More intelligent.
    And ruthlessly-cunning.
    Quick to take advantage of any changes or lapses in the battlefield.
    And had no qualms whatsoever about doing whatever was needed to win.
   These points, added to the fact that the Tanis-Dragons themselves were and still are, superior to the Tanis-Mang. Has been the main reason why the human-governments of the world will even listen to 4th-Reich Nazis in what some believe is or will be a futile attempt at keeping an invasion from the Dragon-Dynasty from immediately overrunning the planet and causing either the entire subjugation of humanity!
    Or its extinction.
    Understand...?
   That by the time "humanity" finally came to grips with the fact that Charles Pagan was not and is not, human. He is not some fictional comic book character that can or could be simply cancelled and have the book closed on him and that be the end of that!
   It is the fact that just him and him alone, simply having one. Tanis-Dragon. Running around on the planet. Has already destabilized the entirety of everything humanity was doing and has done. And whether he is truly gone or simply pulling another one of his lethally unfunny, pranks!
   He was and is, very real.
   A, very real.
   And a very present.
   Danger.
   That one day?
   A dimensional-door would open and more of his kind would arrive, will arrive. In an organized, combat-ready, fashion. And when the floodgates open, the biggest question was and unfortunately still is;
   Can a defense be held for at least 24-hours?
   Will anyone?
   Or anything?
   Of human-hands, made by human-minds?
   Be able to stave off an honest to God invasion, by Charles Pagan's homeland?
  And it was because of the fact that the answer was and still always is, no. That Pagan and his PAGAN-CORP, were always done business with. And are still done business with and tolerated to this day. It was because the answer to this question is always no. That each government of earth, always finds some excuse. And always found some excuse.  To sit down in secret. With the...? 
   Smug.
   Arrogant.
   Thing.
   Known as Dr. Charles Pagan.

   Who looked very so much like a Blackman of African-descent. And always in the same breath he made it clear that he found human stupidity, funny. Because since he knew what is actually out in the omniverse, while humanity did not. He surmised that while other otherdimensionals may have visited earth. One thing he always said at some point or another was the fact that "The place just isn't the same since your parents left you animals in charge."
   But it was always no sooner that he would level human-based insults against whomever he was speaking to, that he'd always get this look of perverse... annoyance. 
   About how he was treated.
   Simply because he happened to look like a Black-human. And he always marveled at the fact that the Martians, ran the color-spectrum, just like their human-pets that they've left behind, but?
  He never had a problem in giving small tidbits of insight and information like a sit-down interview he did where he stated that "The Black-Martians were the progenitors of the Martian-race. Just like your Black-humans are the progenitors of your Human-race. I don't think the Black-Martians would be too pleased with how things have turned out." and he was making it clear to each and every Human-race and Human-government that calling back their Martian-parents, would be a bad idea. 
   Since no one would know which Martian-race would respond and then return to earth "Oh the White-Martians would enslave all of you and go back to their mass-experimentation's. Highly-intelligent, but? They aren't very ethical, so? They'd ultimately enslave everyone and make no mistake they aren't like you White-humans. You use pretense and cunning and wordplay, until you are ready to take whatever you wish, no. White-Martians already know what was left behind here and if you sent for help? Then you're an unfit failed experiment. Because in their eyes, if you know how to call for help then you should know how to solve your own problems using the self-same technology they left behind that allowed you to call for help."
   And that was the mind-game that Pagan played.
  He made it clear that he was well-aware that there was enough technology left behind, buried somewhere or in the open in some instances. That would allow for humanity to be able to honestly defend itself or something from him and his people. But the question became and still is why was he telling people this and what was he honestly looking to accomplish with saying these things to those he knew were desperate to be rid of him.
   "No. The White-Martians would see you as an unfit-failed experiment to be studied. You'd need to be studied. To see how you failed and why. Then? You need to be exterminated." and Pagan did not play mind-games on that front when he himself openly gave the human-governments of the world actual holo-records from the Martian-Tanis War. Where they all got the chance to see for themselves that White-Martians only cared about answers. 
   Not morality. 
   Not justification of or for actions to be taken.
   Not humane treatment of anyone or anything.
   When it came time for questions to be answered.
   Even the Nazis cringed at White-Martian experimentation.
   And when something like that happens...?
   The interesting thing about Dr. Pagan was the fact that his comments towards Black-humans could be just as enraging, as he often pointed out that "Black-humans are just as gullible and naively-stupid as Black-Martians. It's part of the reasons why their homeworld was destroyed because they kept trying to talk things out and be the, "morally superior", "spiritual-people", you know!? The supposed, voice of reason. Whatever the hell that means...."
   Pagan was notorious for intentionally inflaming Black-humans by pointing out that they often trodded down the same path of moral-stupidity while being shown that the situation or circumstances had very little to do with caring about their moral righteousness or ethics. For Charles Pagan all that mattered was the situation and circumstances are what they are and now what needs to be done to deal with it, period. The End. Finito!  
   Carrying on and worrying about morality when there is no room for morality. Talking about spiritual principles when people are getting turned into spirits that won't be coming back any time soon as people, was a basic fundamental issue that he always highlighted put them at odds with the rest of the Martian-race because they kept hindering and holding back the entire race's progress. Like some non-appointed gatekeeper-guardian "Bottom line is they lacked the same gene-of-aggression and understanding of a situation as the Black-humans they created. Some empty words. Useless symbolic gestures and symbols. Praise the All-Spark, or some silly shit like that, and then off they go to some false notion that everything is fine and it will all just work out some sort of way! Dumbest thing any of Us had ever seen or heard. We're neck deep in dead Martians and these fools still wanna talk and try to reason things out. Just fight or die and shut the fuck up."
   And that was something that everyone eventually figured out too in meeting with Charles Pagan.
   He made it clear that his people, once they've decided on a course of action. They pursue it with an unwavering resolve until they either achieve their objective or don't "We had more than enough evidence to show that Black-Martians took their stances and outlooks on life, because of the fact that they themselves were the height of Martian-perfection. And I use the term cautiously. But it still applies. They were at the height of all aspects of Martians, be it physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. And that can be great in a sense but damning in another. Because when you evolve too much, then you make the Mang mistake of believing that you're actually unbeatable and infallible. Kind of like this little scheme the White-humans have running right now. But the fact of the matter is always the same and no different than with the Black-Martians. The White-humans are running everything because you Black-humans are pathetically weak and make excuses because you don't want to do the work of dethroning them. And the laundry list of excuses is no different than the garbage the Black-Martians kept making because they didn't want to acknowledge the fact that we came to earth for a fight. Not to do needlepoint and shoot the shit over some fuckin coffee and donuts!"
   Again.
  Pagan's own recorded conversations and open, willing conversations with human-governments and the various media-outlets of the world. Put information deliberately in their hands that allowed for them to fact-check and verify, if not flat out steal the same information he'd given earlier! From both the defeated and dead hands of his own PAGAN-Mang. As well as from PAGAN-CORP facilities and MADtronix facilities that they'd successfully either infiltrated or eliminated as each nation came up with their own altered-humans and ARC-Mang with which to fight back against him.
   Another interesting tidbit that Pagan willingly gave out was the fact that the Tanis-Dragons truly are a warrior-race like the Mang. But that they do follow a more complete and inclusive style of conducting war and gathering intel on their enemies. However they do not honestly use covert operations to the extent that they honestly can and could. 
   For instance while talking down about the Black-Martians in one recorded conversation. Dr. Charles Pagan highlighted the following "Because the Black-Martians kept trying to negotiate for diplomacy and discussions during the war, some members of the Ministry of Information and Intelligence simply wanted to co-op Your Parent-race from the inside. Which means none of you would even be here right now anyway if we'd have been able to get permission to simply do what needed to be done and get it over with. Because I&I kept putting forward proposals to simply sit down and hammer out a false treaty. Open exchanges between Us and the Martians. Infiltrate and then eliminate them from the inside by simply taking on the appearance of the Martians once we've gotten their customs and culture down pat! But fool-ass Tanis pride and honor doesn't actually allow for such underhanded tactics, so?"
   And this was and is one thing that all governments of earth have been very happy about, because you see!?
   The Tanis Dragon Dynasty only uses covert operations and espionage-intelligence agents to gather information. But not for the usage of actual subversion to the point of infiltration-undermining of a target! Much to Charles Pagan's disgust. Nor do they use it to cause internal conflict among or within the target, also, to his disgust. So Pagan made it clear that his own methods were and are, his own methods. Leading many to believe that his sharing of information and technology, or at least...?
   The fact that he allowed, any information obtained from his PAGAN-CORP facilities and Pagan-Mang in general. To remain in the hands of whatever human-beings and human-organizations had acquired them. Was intentional on his part and is actually a part of some larger personal scheme of his which may have always been about finding justification to finally either abandon his posting to earth. Or to potentially draw attention back to earth on the part of his superiors within the Dragon-Dynasty's I&I ministry.
   Many of earth's governments were left with the fact that Pagan pit his Pagan-Mang and human-agents against other human-agents and eventually ARC-Mang, then, when MADtronix broke away from him, Mang-Androids. But it was clear that Pagan was allowing for some sort of level-playing field where he simply allowed for defeats and victories on his side of the fence to be predicated on the successes and failures of those around him and aligned with him. But only in specific instances did he himself either take to the battlefield and honestly fight. Leading to the human consensus in any and all circles that he only had but so much leeway from his own empire to personally interfere to a specific point. Mind you he'd already altered human-history dramatically just with the creation of PAGAN-CORP and the massive amounts of technology and scientific advancements he exposed humanity to, which, has been confirmed, came with the permission and endorsements of his superiors back in the Dragon-Dynasty.
   And while many experts did believe that a specific code existed within the Tanis-Dragons and their Dragon-Dynasty as a whole, others however!?
  Surmised that Pagan had accidentally revealed the fact that the Dragon-Dynasty did not particularly trust him and that his assignment to earth is and always was, some sort of punishment! 
   But, even in that, he'd made it clear that the Dragon-Dynasty always faced their enemies directly. And that the true reason behind Pagan's spreading of technology and the advancement of humankind was to make it so that they were now capable of him claiming that humanity was now a worthy-target of the Dragon-Dynasty's attention.
   This leads back to the belief that it was meant to give justification to his abandonment of his posting to earth, while some have silently pointed out that even with the increased technology and abilities of humanity they are still no match for a Dragon-Dynasty invasion and all that Pagan really did was increase earth's profile as a target, on purpose! Add to this the fact that they have now made earth a bit of a threat because of the creation of the crude dimensional-barrier. And while it may be crude and not quite working the way that they intended. It is still up and running and accomplishing at least enough of its assigned and created task to get a potential Dragon-Dynasty representative or two to finally believe that the earth is a threat. A threat worthy enough, to finally send in the Tanis-Mang....
