Since the very beginning of the existence of Earth-Mangs. There has been an ongoing war to create bigger and better Earth-Mangs. All for the purpose of pitting them against one another for the current-causes of humans in conflict with one another.

But also how to bioengineer.
How to understand Dragon-Dynasty Technology.
As well as techniques in fields of science, medicine, and other areas!
That allowed for Them to be able to successfully bioengineer the very 1st Earth-Mangs spun from the PAGCO-Mangs.
   The-13's Tuwari-Mangs....

   Armed with these advancements.
   During a time of expansion and upheaval.
   The Survivors of The Old World.
   Now had the means to be able to do battle against the Progenitors of the New World​.

Much like how the gun had set the stage for the Rise of Europe and the Fall of Africa. The unknown and unexpected intrusion by otherdimensional-forces. Had now given a far more deadly version of the gun! Into the hands of 13-Former Black-Slaves who'd fallen from various heights during the destruction of their civilization within the Old World.

   Had literally gotten Their Gifts from Their Master Charles Pagan.
   Strictly because Pagan-himself had been constantly attacked and accosted due to the Fact that His Appearance.
   Was that of a Black-African.
   Which literally means that had He not arrived during the time of British-American Colonial-Slavery, well...!?
   Things may have gone quite different.
   But since He came to earth at the time that He did.
   And since He was not.
  An actual Black-African...?
  His constantly having to put up with White-humans attempting to force Him.
  Into slavery.
  Servitude.
  Shackles.
  And attempting to murder-Him-repeatedly!
  For His Lack of Compliance....
  That didn't sit too well with Him.
  And so in retaliation He, at first, quietly slaughtered those who attacked Him.
  Till He finally got fed up and dropped all pretense and simply began showing the obvious difference between Himself and any Color of Human.
   Ultimately.
   He decided to take 13 slaves.
   Modify Them.
   Giving Them superhuman-abilities.
  And then teaching Them about His People's technology and such and then turning Them loose onto the lovely and kind and gentle enslavers who clearly loved Them all to death... literally.
   With all of these things...!?​

A wholesale slaughter was directly on the horizon for the White-Europowers. And present-day Imperial American Historians are fully aware that had the Dragon-Dynasty not stepped in!?
   They are quite confident that the White-Race of Humanity would have been utterly annihilated and rendered extinct!
   But thankfully the Dragon-Dynasty did step in.
   Imposing rules-&-regulations that prevented Their Spy-Master Charles Pagan from directly taking anymore actions like He'd done.
   And most importantly it also stopped!
   The-13.
   From also directly confronting and attacking Whites with Their Superhuman-abilities!

   The Dragon-Dynasty decided to create Earth-Mangs for the rebelling White-Colonialist of America. In order to balance out the mess that had been made by Their Operative. Thus creating what was actually the 3rd Earth-Mangs, the Centennial-Mangs;

The 2nd Earth-Mangs?
Were actually defeated and corrupted.
PAGCO-Mangs.
That had been sent out on various missions but were still bound by the Dragon-Dynasty's rules of engagement and regulations.
They were oft-times defeated due to the Fact that the Dragon-Dynasty had bioengineered flaws into the PAGCO-Mangs as a whole.
Where it would allow for Humans-of-Earth, under the right conditions.
To be able to defeat one or two PAGCO-Mangs, usually attempting to infiltrate White-human Colonial-Enslaver Society and Organizations.
Like the Skull-&-Daggers.
The Colonial-Club of America.
The Wilkeshire Association.
And the Hellfire Forum.
PAGCO-Mangs defeated and captured in these cases were often corrupted and mutated. Thus taking on animal-features and such. Paving the way ultimately for the Animal-type ARC-Mangs 120+ years later!
These PAGCO-Mangs would evolve, or devolve, into the Earth-Mangs who would become known as Slave-Mangs.

The Centennial-Mangs and Slave-Mangs would be the counterforce to the Tuwari-Mangs of The-13.

None of Them were under the impression that relying upon Earth-Mangs built by Their Enemies.
Was a good idea.
Nor a long-term solution.
And so the work would be done to begin looking for a means to create Earth-Mangs for Themselves. With the United States leading the Way in this critical effort to create Their Own Earth-Mangs....

These efforts would finally pay off after nearly 2-centuries of trial-&-error, mind numbing man hours! And of course.
Deaths.
But the creation of the ARC-Mangs would give rise to a series of different ARC-Mang Types!
With the Dracos-type ARC-Mang being 2nd to see actual combat.

Exhibited exactly what US-APE was looking for when They began the task of creating a standalone Earth-Mang that fought for and served only American-interest.
   Basilia?
   Unlike the rest of the countless Dracos-types that had bioengineered before Her.
   Not only survived the bioengineering process.
   But was able to exert Her Full-Range of Powers-&-Abilities!?
   Without suffering bio-burnout or a biophysical-meltdown!

The Primary Concern was of course to make sure that Her and Her Children.
Were not only loyal to the Imperial-American Empire.
But that the bioprogramming that US-APE had taken centuries to create and perfect!?

Was indeed held in check by Her Bioprogramming.
She possessed raw bruteforce-strength and endurance.
Superior flight-systems.
Redundant defensive-systems!
And massive ability to emit arcane-energy at such a destructive-force that the higher-ups of IAE-government needed double and triple assurances from the IAE-military!
